I’ve forgotten my password; how do I reset it?
1. Go to the Sign In page.
2. Enter the e-mail address you used to create your account and click Forgot Password?
3. Instructions explaining how to reset your password will be sent to the e-mail address you have entered.
Please Note: If you provide an e-mail address that does not have an account for our system associated with it, you will not receive a password reset e-mail. If the e-mail does not arrive in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. If you have not created an account yet, you can learn how to do so here.
Can students complete the assessment on a handheld device?
Although desktop computers and laptops are the recommended devices for taking this assessment, certain handheld devices (any device the size of an iPad Mini or larger) can be used.

Is there a text-to-speech reader available to students taking the assessment?
As the system is fully AODA compliant, a text-to-speech reader is built into the assessment platform for all students.
What happens if I can’t see a class/grouping that was meant to be included in the original Student Data Collection upload?
The upload through the Student Data Collection system populates your school’s account with student and class/grouping information.
If a class/grouping that should be in your list does not appear or was not included in the original upload, you can manually add a class/grouping and all its information. On the Classes/Groupings page in the administrator account, click Create New Class/Grouping.
This will open a pop-up that will allow you to create a class/grouping and add all the necessary information. To create the new class/grouping, click OK.
