This section includes instructions on preparing the assessment sessions as well as on helping your students get ready for the assessment.
How do I view and manage assessment sessions?
1. After logging in to your account, you can view the list of assessment sessions at your school by selecting the Assessment Sessions tab on the main navigation panel.
2. Using this view, you can create new sessions, edit or cancel sessions and view details about each session, including the invigilator assigned (the teacher in most cases), the number of students, the time (if the session has been scheduled) and the status.
How do I create new assessment sessions?
After logging in to your account, select the Assessment Sessions tab to have the ability to create new assessment sessions.
To create a new session, click Create New Session.
This will open an input field that will prompt you to enter information about the session, including the class code/grouping, the type of assessment and a time for the session.
How do I add a date and time to assessment sessions?
Please Note: It is recommended that dates and times not be set for assessment sessions ahead of time. Dates and times should be set only once they are finalized.
The date and time of an assessment session can be adjusted under the Assessment Session tab, which can be accessed on the main navigation panel.
You can set a time for a session in the process of creating a new assessment session or by selecting an existing session using the checkbox beside the session and then clicking Edit Selected. This will open the session editing screen and allow you to edit aspects of the session, including the date and time.
